We’re Moving – and We’re Having a Sale!

My lease came up for renewal at the beginning of April, and my landlord announced she was ready to sell the building. I have always dreamed of owning it, so my husband & I took the initial steps to purchase it – getting a loan. We pre-qualified for a loan, *but* the bank ultimately said it had to be for residential use only. We couldn’t buy the current studio space because they considered it a commercial property due to the heavily commercial area.

But everything happens for a reason, right? I met up with my friend Adam for coffee the day after I got the news, and it turns out he was looking for someone to rent the upstairs of his studio space – and it is perfect for what I need! YES!

So we’ll be moving from our current location on Studewood to 1229 Heights Blvd, Suite B on May 31st! To kick off summer and the big move right, we decided to have a BIG SALE!!!

I’m heading over to the French Quarter in New Orleans in April to attend the Mom 2.0 Summit, and I decided it was the PERFECT excuse to create a New Orleans special! While I’m there I am offering sessions on three dates – April 13 late in the afternoon, April 14 in the morning, and April 17. I’ve got a gorgeous suite already reserved at a swanky French Quarter hotel, and it is the perfect setting for boudoir photography!

I hate to leave my local ladies out though – we all know that Houston loves New Orleans too, our sister city along the Gulf Coast, so I’m offering this special in Houston as well! Boudoir season is upon us! Not just Christmas, but all the way through Valentine’s Day! So I am kicking off the latest round of specials that will cover both! All sessions are available at your home, the hotel of your choice* -or- at the studio! These rates are good for shoots any time in 2009 -or- 2010!

All right, lets get to the good stuff!

Sweet & Sassy Session! $250
1 hour photo shoot, up to 3 outfits photographed, one of which can be just a white sheet. (Value: $350)

Pretty, Pretty, Pictures Session! $350
2 hour photo shoot, up to 6 outfits plus the white sheet for those soft, intimate poses. (Value: $700)

Now that we’ve taken the photographs, what would you like to do with them? Pick your Add-Ons!

Featured Add On: I Want to be a Calendar Girl! NEW for Holiday, 2009!
First we do the session – choose from either one above. Then you pick 12 images, I carefully retouch them, and we make a 2010 calendar for your sweetie! By the way, the calendar company lets you start with -any- month, so if you want to do this for Valentine’s Day, just start with February or March! Making it for a birthday gift or your wedding? Have the start date be later in the year!
