My lease came up for renewal at the beginning of April, and my landlord announced she was ready to sell the building. I have always dreamed of owning it, so my husband & I took the initial steps to purchase it – getting a loan. We pre-qualified for a loan, *but* the bank ultimately said it had to be for residential use only. We couldn’t buy the current studio space because they considered it a commercial property due to the heavily commercial area.

But everything happens for a reason, right? I met up with my friend Adam for coffee the day after I got the news, and it turns out he was looking for someone to rent the upstairs of his studio space – and it is perfect for what I need! YES!

I’m heading over to the French Quarter in New Orleans in April to attend the Mom 2.0 Summit, and I decided it was the PERFECT excuse to create a New Orleans special! While I’m there I am offering sessions on three dates – April 13 late in the afternoon, April 14 in the morning, and April 17. I’ve got a gorgeous suite already reserved at a swanky French Quarter hotel, and it is the perfect setting for boudoir photography!

When I saw these new Portfolio Booklets at Imaging USA in San Antonio last month, I knew right away I had to add them to our offerings! These sweet books are 4×8 inches in size with smooth press paper to show off your images. The custom cover has a concealed magnet for soft closure. They come with a frosted slip cover. There are a total of 7 panels on the fold-out paper, plus spots on the cover for 3 more images. Depending on the design, these booklets could hold 8 or more images. I loved the ones where one image was across multiple panels. They looked so hot!

These images are straight from the lab’s site – after Valentine’s Day we will have our studio samples in and I’ll share photographs of them here as soon as I can!

These booklets are an add-on to any of our sessions! Booking our Valentine’s Day Mini Session special or a Valentine’s Day Session? Add one on for $100 -or- for the Mini Session, swap it out for the 5 high-resolution image files and pay only $50! Holiday Deadlines: The session deadline for guaranteed for Christmas delivery is Thursday, November 19, and all orders must be received by December 5, 2009 for the holiday deadline. Orders placed between December 6 and December 12 will incur a 50% rush fee. Orders placed after December 13 can not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
