UPDATE May 15, 2011: I’ll add new photos to this page shortly, but the big news is we’re MOVING to our NEW studio space on June 1, 2011! More details on why can be found here! Can’t wait to see you there!
When I first started to look for a studio space, I was actually looking for a meeting space for consultations with my wedding clients. When I arrived at my studio, I was looking at the spots available, and I opened the door to what is now the main boudoir room. As the light spilled out, I swear I heard angels singing. Oh goodness, sweet, sweet light!
I already had a dream of doing boudoir photography, but that moment changed everything. I actually called my husband from the driveway and told him I *HAD* to move into the space. I’m so very glad that I did!
From launching the boudoir studio in 2008 in what was then a shared space, to taking over the whole building in early 2009 when the boudoir business became full time, to bringing in a makeup artist to work with clients on location for the ultimate pampering & relaxing experience at the end of 2010, it has been an incredible journey! I was right, everything has changed since then, and over 100 clients have walked through that door! It may not be what I had planned when I started, but I honestly can’t imagine being anywhere else!
We now offer an all-women cozy space for your boudoir session. Located in the Heights at 1024 Studewood, our studio that was once a bungalow style house is now a place for you to relax, be comfortable, kick off your shoes and be spoiled, and just have fun! We are all moms, and we know just what being a Hot Mama is all about!
You’ll come in thinking that you’re doing this as a gift for someone special, but I promise – you’ll leave with the best gift of all for yourself!
We can’t wait to meet you!
